Study of Temperature Field in Sludge Incineration Furnace [Case Study of Fluid Analysis in Water Treatment]

Reproducing the temperature field through 3D model thermal fluid simulation.

This is a case study that examines the evaluation of furnace temperature and the mixing of gas components by analyzing the flow inside a sludge incinerator. The temperature field was reproduced through a three-dimensional thermal fluid simulation. Temperature distribution maps and gas concentration distribution maps were outputted to verify the analysis results. At Chuden CTI, we utilize our long-standing expertise in fluid analysis technology to work on optimizing flows in water treatment facilities, thereby improving equipment efficiency and solving challenges.
